As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. If your order has not arrived within 12 business days, please contact us at support.novabeauty@gmail.com and we will make it right.

We stand behind every NovaBeauty product with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a full refund of the product price.

To start a refund, email support.novabeauty@gmail.com with your order number. You do not need to return the product — simply tell us what went wrong so we can improve.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of being approved. Original shipping charges (where applicable) are non-refundable.
